Chartered Psychologist, Academic Researcher, and University Lecturer
Rachael is a Chartered Psychologist (PhD) and University Lecturer, specialising in Health and Behavioural Psychology. ​Currently leading on a number of modules throughout the suite of BPS accredited Psychology undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including but not limited to; Drug Use and Addiction, Addictive Behaviours, Psychology of Health across the Lifespan, Psychology of Popular Culture, and Applying Psychology.
Rachael has years of experience as an Admissions Tutor for Psychology University Courses, championing a successful school outreach programme to support Sixth Form students in their future aspirations, work experience and higher education options. In addition to this, she is now the Media Lead for Psychology, working alongside regional, national and international news outlets and media to share the world of Psychology to the general public and beyond.

​Rachael is Enhanced DBS Checked and Certified, and has created and delivered a number of school-based education programmes for Students across KS4/5, focusing on Psychology and Behaviour Change, Psychology Work Experience and UCAS Applications and Careers.
​With her PhD specialising in Psychology of Behaviour Change across the Lifespan (Parent to Child Behaviours), she has created Psychology focused training and workshops for schools from Primary to Sixth Form to benefit from a wider understanding of ‘Psychology in the Real World’.​

Psychology Workshops: Students can gain a University Level understanding of specialist areas of Psychology.
Career Workshops: Students can gain an understanding of Psychology as a career, the UCAS Journey and support on their Personal Statements / Application.
School-based Psychology "Work Experience" Workshops for Sixth Form / College Students.
​These workshops allow students the experience of Psychological therapies, Research Methods, and Behaviour Change Interventions within their a school day / setting. Supporting students in gaining an applied understanding of Psychology in real-world contexts.  
Nursery and Primary Schools
​Rachael is Enhanced DBS Checked and Certified, and has created and delivered a number of school-based Health and Wellbeing Assemblies and Workshops for Nursery and Primary School aged Children and their Parents, focusing on Health Wellbeing, and Eating Behaviours. Under the name "Clarity Kids", Rachael covers a range of Healthy Lifestyle teaching and activities for KS1 children, recognised within the PSHE Framework and Curriculum.
​With her PhD specialising in parental feeding and children's eating behaviours, she has created a healthy eating behaviour change workshop designed to support children's knowledge and understanding around eating behaviour and healthy lifestyles.

​Healthcare Professionals and Industry
Rachael has delivered professional training based education programmes for staff across the psychology, health and education sector, focusing on Behaviour Change within such applied areas of Psychology, Health and Wellbeing, Behaviour Change, Healthcare and Therapeutic Interventions. The Psychology focused training, teaching and workshops for Professionals help candidates benefit from a further understanding of Psychology in the Real World.​
